A spacious and well-appointed clubhouse with a large lounge area, fully fitted kitchen,
ladies and gents changing rooms and toilet facilities. There is also a separate
toilet for the disabled with wheelchair access and washing facilities.
Fully licensed bar open during normal licensing hours.
The club is open for bowling from midday until dusk Monday to Friday and 1000am
to dusk Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting) .
A Club Steward is on duty at all times when the club is open.
A large car park is situated within the club grounds.
Full programme of winter activities that includes socials, carpet bowls, cribbage, canasta,
darts and bridge.
Although Clacton-On-Sea Outdoor Bowling Club is a private members club, members of the public and visitors
are welcome provided they are wearing suitable footwear and dress. i.e. flat
soled bowls shoes without heels. Trainers with ribbed or patterned soles are
not suitable.
